Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Simple Color Pages handles information in connection with this website and its owner-operated content publishing workflow.
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to SimpleColorPages.com (the “Site”). The Site provides free printable coloring pages and PDF downloads. It also covers the Site owner's private workflow for publishing original Simple Color Pages content to the owner's Pinterest account.
2. Information associated with website use
Information you submit
The current Site does not provide user accounts, contact forms, comment forms, email subscriptions, or payment features. Visitors can browse pages and download printable files without submitting personal information through the Site. If you email the privacy contact address listed below, the Site owner receives your email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to include so the owner can review and respond to your request.
Hosting and technical logs
The Site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. When a visitor requests a page or file, Cloudflare may process technical information such as an IP address, traffic-routing and system-configuration information, browser or device information, requested and referring URLs, and request timestamps. Cloudflare may generate server, network, and security logs as part of delivering and protecting the Site. Neither this policy nor the Site establishes a specific retention period for those logs. Cloudflare explains its data practices in its Privacy Policy.
Printable downloads
Downloading a coloring-page PDF does not require an account or a form submission. A request for a page or PDF may still appear in ordinary hosting or network logs as described above.
3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current Site code does not set first-party cookies and does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, advertising pixels, the Pinterest Tag, or other visitor-tracking scripts. It also does not embed third-party media or social widgets that load automatically on Site pages.
This description reflects the Site implementation as of the date above. If analytics, advertising, embedded services, or cookies are added later, this policy should be updated and any consent mechanism required by applicable law should be implemented.
4. Pinterest API and n8n publishing workflow
The Site owner operates a private, owner-only publishing workflow using the Pinterest API and a self-hosted n8n instance. The workflow prepares, schedules, and publishes original printable coloring-page content from Simple Color Pages to the owner's own authorized Pinterest account. The self-hosted n8n instance manages the automation steps that send an image, title, description, and link to the corresponding page on this Site to Pinterest. It is not an n8n Cloud workflow.
The workflow may process the following information as needed to operate:
- original coloring-page images and their Site URLs;
- Pin titles, descriptions, links, publishing status, and other Pin information;
- Pinterest board identifiers and related account information; and
- API authorization credentials used to authenticate the owner's integration.
Pinterest API access is authorized by the Site owner and is limited to the owner's authorized Pinterest account. The integration is not offered to third-party users. Site visitors do not need to sign in with Pinterest or connect a Pinterest account, and the Site does not provide a visitor-facing Pinterest OAuth flow.
The self-hosted workflow and Pinterest API process Pinterest authorization credentials, board identifiers, and Pin metadata as necessary to authenticate the integration and manage publishing. Pinterest processes information it receives under its own Privacy Policy. This policy does not specify how long the self-hosted workflow retains credentials, execution data, board identifiers, or Pin metadata.
This workflow is for owner-operated publishing. It is not designed to collect personal information from website visitors or children.
5. Service providers, disclosure, and retention
Cloudflare processes technical information as the Site's hosting, network, and security provider. Information used in the publishing workflow is processed through the self-hosted n8n instance operated by the Site owner and through Pinterest's API. Cloudflare and Pinterest may process information in accordance with their own terms and policies.
The current Site code does not contain a visitor-information database. Retention periods for Cloudflare logs, Pinterest information, self-hosted n8n execution data, and API authorization credentials depend on the relevant service and the owner's workflow configuration. This policy does not claim a fixed deletion timeframe for that information.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its owner, its users, or others. This policy does not claim that information is never shared or that it is deleted within a fixed period.
6. Children's privacy
The Site offers coloring materials that children may use, but it does not provide user accounts, forms, comments, or subscriptions and is not designed to ask children for personal information. The Pinterest and n8n integration is an owner-only publishing workflow and is not intended to collect children's personal information.
Parents, guardians, and educators should supervise children's internet use. If the Site later adds interactive features directed to children, its privacy practices and legal obligations will require review before those features are launched.
7. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, or to object to or appeal certain decisions. Requests concerning information controlled by the Site owner may be sent to [email protected]. Requests concerning data controlled by Pinterest should also be directed to Pinterest using the options in its privacy policy.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Site's features, service providers, publishing workflow, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest published revision.
9. Contact
For questions about this Privacy Policy or the Site owner's privacy practices, email [email protected].
